Today we had a very tough workout. It went a slower 400 at 75 than 800 400 800 400 800 400 400. At least thats what I remember. It was snowing and was quite chilly. didn't really feel good today.
hard workout today. 12x400. times wer 72 72 71 72 72 73 74 74 74 75 75 73. I have just kind of felt tired for the last couple days. If i can get feeling as I was last week on thursday friday and saturday that would be good.
