Today we did 6x600 hills. I am super tired today. I did pretty good on the hills thou. I got 2:13,2:12,2:15, 2:18,2:20. We did it without a break before or after so I got worse each time. On the warmup today I felt really good, but the workout was hard. I ended up only doing 5 because Ryan told me to stop. Today on teh cooldown Justin Craik (Craig) Russel and I went to galens house and made and XC out of rocks on his driveway. It was fun. 57 minutes. About 7:50 average mile pace (my watch didn't stop when i was in the bathroom).
