18 miles in 2:13:30 with 13.5 MP miles. 3 mile w/u 3 sets of 4.5 miles with .5 mile recovery (7:03 for MP and 8:00 for recoveries) Things felt really good through 16 mile then got a bad stomach cramp during the last two but was able to finish. With the marathon two months away, I feel good about my current fitness level, just need to stay healthy. |
