I have felt like crap the last two days fighting a small cold. i was supposed to run 8 miles this morning, but it was pouring outside so i decided to run 6 during lunch at the gym and make up the extra 2 later this week. I actually felt pretty good during the run, not so much after. i ran 6 miles at aerobic pace with strides at 5k pace at the end. total avg pace was 7:47 (treadmill, 1.5 incline) |
