| Lunch- first run back. Lake and neighborhood with the guys, 7 miles. Felt ok for 4, then legs got tired and lower back tightened up. Hot Dan ran a trail half marathon over the weekend. He placed 3rd, but found the trail extremely technical and twisted his ankles many times. Sounds like my kind of race.

| Lunch- 15 min core work, 6 mile run, then some foam roller. Low of 25 last night and 40 deg temp when we ran- brr. Freezing. That's near record lows.

| Finally got a break from work at 3:30. I've been feeling a bit beat up and fatigued, so I just did some moderate xt to burn off a little steam before heading back to the desk. Wonder what it would be like to be a full-time athlete.

| No run for the second day. Busy at work all day long, no lunch break of any sort. Bummer.

| AM- early morning trail run at Issaqueenah, my first time there in a year or more. Ran with Josh and Barry. What a nice place to run- lots of singletrack crammed into a small, nice forest. Barry and I ran quite a bit further north than I've ever gone before, too. Perfect, cool but not cold temps. Very tired legs the last 30 min as I can tell I'm still not fully recovered from the hundo. Messed up the watch for 30 min but estimate 19 miles in 3:16 with 1700-2000 ft climbing.
