| AM- Thunderstorm, so my planned outdoor run with Dan moved indoors. Rather enjoyed watching the Olympic triathlon- very enjoyable. 3 mile warmup, 5 mile tempo in 30:30, 3 mile cooldown. |

| PM- 10.5 miles at PM with Justin and Aaron. Barry is back from his 3 month motorcycle tour of the country. Cool weather for once. Wasn't hungry afterwards, so made myself a nice smoothie at home with greek yogurt, ice, milk, berries, peach, banana, and a touch of vanilla. Yummy. |

Lunch- 6.5 with some of the guys. I know some of the country is in a drought, but Greenville is getting wet. In the past 2 weeks alone, we've had over 8 inches of rain. Thunderstorms every evening, including tonight when it is absolutely pouring (weather.com just sent out a Flash Flood warning and said it is raining 1-2 inches per hour). Definitely makes it more humid. And the evening temps have been quite nice, usually 75-80.
