Ha! Greeny-greens in Greenville!

I have it in the back of my mind that we Murphy's need to make it to Greenville this summer.

Isn't there this thing called the Super Bowl after this weekend?

I've noticed that you are including cross training miles in your total miles. Is that a decision you feel good about when you look in the mirror?

Rob- yes, there is a super bowl. But I don't count that as real football- more of an overhyped experience with parties, commercials, and music, with hints of football in between those things. I think most real NFL fans much prefer the games this weekend to Super Bowl weekend.

As for the cross training, Sasha's calculator automatically adds it in. And yes, I feel fine with it. It help me keep track of time spent working out. Besides, a few easier biking miles balances out the super slow trail run paces (i.e. 50 miles in 11 hrs running). I may not have the most mileage, but I guarantee you that my time spent running last June through August was higher than anyone else on the FRB.

I was kidding about the cross training thing.Jeez!

You knew that right? And congrats on the sub 17 5k. That's a pretty hilly course as I recall.

Of course I know you were kidding. I'm never serious on the blog, so always take me as un-seriously as you can.
