Flew to Huntsville, AL, where I will be the rest of the week.

PM- 4 miles on a treadmill in the hotel right before dinner.  I wanted 1 more mile but had to meet my group for dinner.  Plus, I am almost at 30 miles for the week- 3/4 of my total for last week already.

Way to get in whatever miles you can on the road. I'll be doing the same thing Thursday and Friday in Denver.

Have fun. Where are you staying? I think Denver is more condusive to running- weather wise and trail wise.

Dan is in St. George now, if he paid his money. How, ask and ye shall receive, run 12 St. George marathons and have a Dad that has run 23, plus 17 of those under 2:40, and it shall be openned unto you. Pretty much Dan got in because the good people that put on the St. George marathon are super cool! You are the only one not doing St. George now, but all of us are doing TOU in one way or another.

From Jon on Wed, Jun 13, 2007 at 23:24:50

How are all of us doing TOU? Are most people just training it?

That is a good question?
