18 miles- from my house to mile 16 on TOU (5.6 miles, 42:30).  Then I turned around and ran the last 10.2 miles of the TOU course, with mile splits.

Then 2.5 miles home.  I had hoped to be under 7:00/mile for the 10 miles, so was happy with the run. Felt very good.  I even ran into Mark Jorgenson on the way home- he was finishing a 21 miler, getting ready for Ogden Marathon.

Total time: 2:09  Now it's time to go play a few hours of frisbee!

Jon,

You should have just come and run the 30k, even as a bandit.

Jon,

You would've placed in the top 20 even if you had run no faster than your own workout time. Looking good! You should do the Ogden half. You would do pretty well even with only 2 months of base.

Its nice to see Mark is out and training. I think he could do really well too.

Yeah, I probably should have done the 30k with you guys. I would do the marathon except I will be out of town. I am sure I will do the WBR with you all, though.
