Short report- Very happy with a win at the awesome, muddy, flooded SweetH20 50k.  2nd fastest time ever in race history, only 3 minutes off CR.  Felt great.  32.5 miles with 5500 ft of hard climb/5500 descent in 4:23.  Great day.

Now I am spending 2 more days with the family vacationing in Atlanta.  So the write-up might be a bit.

[UPDATE] Full report now posted at the home of the ugliest running shorts in the world.

Congrats Jon! That is an awesome time on that course ... especially in waterlogged conditions! At least the sun came out after the torrential rains last night ... I bet the river crossings were an adventure! That race is definitely in my future, but I opted for the SweetWater 420 5k today, couldn't pass on the free beer! Wow ... 5,500' ... makes me feel guilty saying I ran a hilly 5k course today!

Congrats on an awesome race! That is a seriously solid time for that amount of vert, mud, rivers, etc. Nicely done!
