I really should change the name of my FRB page...

Legs are pretty sore today, not surprising given I ran 20 straight miles downhill (not often you do that), with 9.6 of it being paved. No running, no way. Did a 45 min yoga class and some foam rolling.

Got a little press. http://t.co/J2l81zDWOf

Uhhhh, you do remember living in Utah and what all the races are like here, right? :-)

I'm glad you are optimistic that the Broncos are going BACK to the Super Bowl. They'll have a great matchup against the Bills in the AFC title game!

The Broncos WENT to the Super Bowl.

Or was that a high school team that swiped the Broncos uniforms?

Yes, Jake, I do remember the Utah races well. Except this race dropped almost as much in mile 37 as TOU marathon does over 26 miles. :) And yes, let's not mention Alta Peruvian.

That being said, living away from the canyons of Utah has jaded me even more to the "PR's" everyone one runs at those Utah races. At least trail races go up the mountains before they go down them.

Touche, Rob. They sure looked like a JV HS team. But better to have gone and lost than to not go. Like the Bills...
