Hi back! How are you feeling for your race this weekend?

From Jon on Thu, Jun 26, 2008 at 09:59:33

Ok. My legs are finally not too sore, plus I am getting a massage tonight. But my right ankle has been bugging me a bit, so I'm just hoping I don't twist it during the race. I'm real excited, though.

Good luck! Let me know if you guys are thinking about coming up for the July 4th weekend, maybe we could get the families together (not just running!).

From Jon on Thu, Jun 26, 2008 at 10:24:14

Jeff- probably 70+% chance we come to IF for the 4th.

Hey Jon,

It has been a few days since I've been able to really do any blogging.

Great job on the relay. You really ran great on all of your legs. There is no way I could of handled the downhill on the dirt coming off of Avon.

I think everyone in our van had a good time.

I know for me this year was a better experience mainly because I didn't take a wrong turn, so I didn't have that bugging me the entire time like last year. I don't know if I was in any better shape, but I seemed like my legs went a little better this year also.
