Enjoy running, stay fit (and maybe lose a few pounds). Play ultimate frisbee.

Personal:

I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

5 easy miles with the jogging stroller.  Knee really bugged me.  IB should make it fine for Saturday, though.  1 more easy run tomorrow.

I'm sure you've had 5000 comments on what to do about your knee. But I'll make it 5001, have you been icing after the runs and heating before? My right knee has bugged me on and off since I can remember and that combo seems to help.

I ice regularly all day. Haven't been heating pre-run- no time in the mornings.
