Early morning shakeout run. First run in 3 days. Feeling stiff and sore, but nice to get out and run.

P.M. - Polecat Gulch trail - 52:04
Ran on a new Ridge to Rivers trail with Mat. It's a pretty sweet trail with a lot of ups and downs and nice views. It is a bit of a drive to get to, but other than that, it is a fun one. Achilles really sore and I was really dehydrated (103 today). |
