1.5 mile wo, 20 minute fartlek, 1.5 mile wd
Super hot today, and I wanted to get in a little workout. I ended up running at a harder effort than planned for the 20 minute fartlek. Did it in the neighborhoods and on the canals. Workout is 2 x 2:00, 1:30, 1:00, :30 with equal recoveries.

2 x 1:00 @ 5:29 Rest @ 7:18
2 x :30 @ 5:18 Rest @ 7:22
The "on" segments weren't blazing, but kept the rests quick enough so the total workout is effective.
