PMI: Track practice
I did a little workout with the junior high team: 500, 300, 3 x 400 @ about 75 pace. It was windy but a warm day and the kids worked out fairly hard.

Ran after watching the high school meet at BSU. There were some deep 1600s this evening. Kept the run steady, but relaxed. Calves hurt, but definitely manageable. |
