Carried a backpack with my shoes and a text book, which slowed me down a bit, but not much.
P.M. - Run home + treadmill - 37:15
Ran home at a steady pace. When I got home, Nica was asleep, so I did a few more minutes on the treadmill until she woke up. Achilles sore. The "Born to Run" inspired barefoot running is probably not good for a 180 pounder with chronic achilles issues. |
