1.5 mile wo, 20 minute fartlek, 1.5 mile wd
Did 2 x (2:00, 1:30, 1:00, :30) with equal jog recovery. Did most of the workout on the canals and the BK xc course. Felt ok; really tired from the week but at least a solid effort.
