Greenbelt - 38+
Great spring day. But I felt like absolute crap (no running the last week). Kept the pace honest - 7:14/mile - which hurt a little bit. Earlier at track practice I did warmups, stretching, drills and accelerations.
After the run I walked a couple of miles with Emily.
