Felt really good about this run. Considering the path was snowy and slushy in most places and I haven't been able to run hard in 2 weeks, this was a strong effort. Did a 7 mile progression run in 7:27, 6:58, 6:48, 6:35, 6:13, 6:05 and 6:00. Then did 3 x 2 min pickups at about 5:40 pace during the last 2.5 miles. Hamstring felt really good (90-95%) which is encouraging. |
