A.M. - Treadmill warmup (1 mile) and 25 minutes of upper body weights (hard).
P.M. - Greenbelt - 1:00
Started from the Ram and went upstream on the dirt until the construction at the new bridge turned me back. Overall pace was around 7:10/mile with a hard half mile pickup in 3:05 at the end. This effort wore me out, but in a good way.
