AM: easy hill run/walk on TM at gym. IT is windy and 30 degrees today. One day after 80 degress. 4 miles - 42 minutes. A little tender in left foot. Elliptical for 15 minutes and then some good work leg and core strencgth - 30 minutes worth.
Reg. for 50M in Jackson Co. on Dec. 3. Took it real easy this week, and feel okay for another one as a redemption run.
