It is certainly reflected in the times... 2 x [1mi. / 0.75mi. / 0.5mi.] w/ active 0.25 mi. jog recovery + 4x100m 6:00, 4:22, 2:49 // 5:55, 4:23, 2:47 // 15,15,16,15 Again the effort was there, but not the kind of times I'm looking for - I blame the heat... :) 10 mi. total - 1:15
