AM - gym TM: WU with 4 PUs, 10x0.5mi. 10mph x2, 10.1 x2, etc. jog recovery for 0.25 mi. @8mph. hit the weights... failed at some squats with a bar and barely any weight on there, and switched to dumbells - did a couple sets of lunges, 1-leg deadlifts, and then some abductor (?) exercise with the band wrapped around ankles. walked 10minutes to CD/shakeout.
Have decided this will be the season of the 5k up to Half training blocks. I wonder how many times I'll change my mind.
