PM after work: easy jog around the neighborhood with the dog - 3.36mi. - 29 min.
later PM at gym: easy jog on TM at gym w/ 4x0.25mi. hills (mod. - 6%/8mph) and a 0.25mi. pickup @1% / 10mph. Legs are okay, actually. 4mi. total - about 30 min.
Also, 30 minutes of core and leg strength stuff using all the cool machines/equipment at the gym.
