2 walk at work and a workout at lunch. Shirtless and 70 degrees. Sweating and noticing that humidity is sticking around due to unseasonable heat.
3mi. AT + 6x0.25. - Breathing hard at 6:25 pace, and feeling lethargic, stiff, slow on repeats. Still, the back is fine, and feeling alot better after 2 days off. Taper mode still in full swing, though. This was a 10day out workout for... 100M :)
