PM: light track work. Testing the legs - jog over to the track and slowly built up to about MP over a couple miles. Then a couple of 400s at LT ~ mile pace. Since it was getting dark and the place is usually deserted on the nicest of days, surprisingly, there were 4 or 5 younger people doing some kind of track workout this evening. Still in recovery mode, so any sort of hard workouts are still not allowed. I seem to have added on some pounds this week :)
