AM Buildup Run: 12mi. - wanted to buildup to MP and keep the pace moderate and ease back down near the end of the run. My left leg - knee, mostly - started really bothering me with about 4mi. left, so I backed off. 7:30, 7:10, 7:09, 6:50, 6:36, 6:46, 6:53, 6:50, 6:56, 7:01, 7:24, 7:58 Total -- 1:25:10 Icing the rest of the day.
