PM: Feeling good today with a day off running yesterday. Longish Run with some MP stuff thrown in. 1.5mi. WU down SR11 and into town, 5.5mi. MP cutdown mostly on the People Trail, 2.5 mi. to the nearest bathroom for a 5 minute "sitting break", a half a mile back to Mill Race Park, and then in to 3.5 mi.
