PM Track Workout: 80 deg. and sunny. Breakthrough today! I started off getting home from work feeling tired and sore, but managed to psyche myself up and drove over to the track Yasso 800s (10x800 @ 2:50 or less) 1.5 mi. WU - 12:08, 10x0.5mi w/ 0.25 mi. rec. jog (2:50, 2:47, 2:48, 2:48, 2:50, 2:47, 2:48, 2:50, 2:47, 2:44) :)) I'm very happy with this workout! Even the recovery jogs were around 8:00/mi. pace and less. CD 0.5 mile
