Late AM failed Long Run. Plan was for 5 hours / 55k. humid and about 80 degrees for start. Storms threatening, but, never really happened throughout the run. Felt pretty tired and horrible for most of the run after 10 miles. Slogging at 9 minute miles and still struggling. Did not have any of the caffenaited gels I've been using, so I am blaming that and a hard effort in a hot 5k race last night for the workout fail for today. 4 hours for 25.3 miles, inclusive of walking at the end. Struggle mode. Very dehydrated even though I was slamming water and refilled bottle probably 4 times. Had a homemade salty pretzel, raisin, and banana Quaker cereal bar broken up and mixed together.
