400m/800m competitively in track in high school. Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010. Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6. I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN. I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN. Originally from Lexington, KY.

AM longish group run in Brown County State Park - 65 degrees and pouring rain for the the first 6 miles. Rain stopped and 3 of us met up with the rest of the group. after 10 mi. @ ~8 min pace, we started cutting down. This is a hilly run.

17 mi. total - 2:07:37

PM: 4.5 mi. easy jog over to bike store to pick up my bike - 10.7 mi. easy bike to ice cream and home. 15 mi. bike to pick up dinner and get back home.
