LRb workout: 5/4/2/2 mi. AT - equated to 6:35-6:45 pace and got difficult on the last 2 mile rep. 1 mile recovery jogs between. Got hot and thirsty at the end. I have managed to los 2 handhelds since May. Hopped from park fountain to park founatain. Ate 3 gels - 2Huma, 1HoneyStinger.
