AM: 60 degrees - Playing it safe with the hamstring, still, but seems to be better:
2mi. WU with a slow build up to ~5k pace for mile repeats with 0.25 jog recovery
3x1mi. and 4xstrides- 5:44, 5:41, 5:46. Hesitant to do the strides - so kept them less intense and short: ~15-20sec. at just below mile pace. 7mi. total - 47:49 PM: 6.5miles/25 minutes on the bike with 10 minutes hard pedaling.
