PM run: 7:45p ~2 mi. WU -17:00, 3.5 mi. tempo - 22:54. This felt like faster than 6:32/mi., but I feel like I accomplished the goal of the workout. (3-4 @ HMP) Looking to break 1:23:00 this weekend in Geist Half, hopefully...
