PM - Track Tues. - 4x1k @ 5k, 4x400m @ 1mi. (3:38, 3:34, 3:24, 3:23 / 72, 74, 74, 74). 2min. btwn 1k, 1min. btwn 400. Decent weather - actaully ran outside at track with the group. Felt like crap every time I tried to put my foot on the gas...
