Jenny and I had planned on meeting at the Y, but she texted that she wasn't feeling well and I was really glad I hadn't looked at my phone until I was already there. 6 progressive miles on the treadmill, starting at 6.4 and moving up to 7.8 and then a 1 mile cool down. Avg Pace 8:30
I have wanted to add strength training into my routine for a very long time. Today I bit the bullet. Squats, lunges, arms and core. I have no idea what I really need to be doing, ideas?
