On my own today and boy are the legs fatigued. I didn't really have a plan and would have probably liked more miles than what I ended up with but this week has taken it's toll on me and 5 it is. I have not gotten nauseated much before now, but this is twice in the last week that I have felt horrible on a run - easy runs. I am hoping it is the heat and not lack of fitness ( and no, I am not pregnant)
