I met Annette at her place for some speed work. We warmed up for two miles and then did the following: .2 on/.35 recovery x 2 ( had to make a pit stop - again) .4 on/ .15 recovery x 4 .2 on 1 mile recovery On's were at 7:10 - 7:20 This was the hardest workout I have had for quit sometime. It was great, but I felt it in my hip once I was done. Lot's of stretching & scraping. Avg Pace 8:20
