Went to see Kacey for the deep tissue massage.  She worked me over pretty good!  I kept telling myself the pain is good. She said that I was pretty tight and had some good knots.   When I left my knee actually felt worse but as the day has gone on it is feeling better.  I am going to stretch good tonight during my 4 hr long conference call and then take tomorrow off and we will see what Saturday brings.  I keep telling myself, a little time off now is better than a lot of time off later.  Hopefully, Saturday is a good run.

Happy Running & Deep Tissue Massage!

Yes, little time off now is MUCH better than pushing the injury to the max and taking lots of time off later. I agree! Enjoy your Friday and I hope you feel great for a Sat. run! (maybe it needs to be a short run tomorrow?!)

Good thinking! A few days off at the beginning of an injury is worth weeks of no running when it is full-blown. Good luck, Jody, you'll be back at it before you know it!
