We decided to give the cars a break from us today and stayed in our neighborhood.  This made for a pretty crazy run, winding in and out of lots of little streets.  The snow was not too bad, just lightly falling and very wet!  Paula and I went 7 and then I ended up adding on 1 more mile to make it 8 for the day.  I had a much better attitude today and that in and of itself  is an accomplishment.

Great job!!! How did the science fair project turn out? Briggs made it the entire day without an accident - wow!

Great job sticking with it-especailly in the snow. I was up in Sandy over xmas visiting my parents and ran every day in the freezing cold and snowy roads. It wasn't too bad, but I don't have to do it at all down here. The cold sure keeps you running though!

Thanks for getting me out and getting it done. HOpefully our down day will get us in good moods for our run on Saturday. Good job getting the extra mile. My heart wasn't in it today.

I like the up-and-down the block runs. If you have a Garmin it is fun to look at the run on Google Earth afterwards. Part of me wants to see if I can blanket the city but I'm not sure if I'm "that crazy"... Great traiing See you Sat for the 15K!
