Today was incredibly rough.  I woke up in a cranky mood and it affected my run.  We had planned on meeting up with Jolynn but she did not make it.  When we run with her we do 2 short routes, but since she did not make it we opted to just run a normal route.  It absolutely kicked my butt!  We ran out for 2.6 miles and when we were to turn and finish with a little more up hill to 3 miles, Paula suggested we could turn around and run back and we would have 5.  I am ashamed to admit that I chose the easy way out.  Even going back down was hard.  Hopefully, I somehow benefited from todays run, because some good should come from it.

You did great. Your days you struggle just give me a chance to catch up. I sure appreciate you as a running partner. You have helped me so much. Have a good day hopefully your mood gets better as the day goes on and tomorrow will be a wonderful run.

I definitely have my days when I have to strain pretty hard to turn my frowny =( face upside down =). I hope that the satisfaction of getting out when it was really hard to do helps get things moving in a more positive direction today! You got 5 miles in today! Great job!

Hey, we all have those days. Great job getting out there anyway!

Hahahaha, the way you talk about being grumpy is so sweet - I can't actually picture you grumpy. My grumpy day post would've been "I ran - what's it to ya!" You're just too wonderful, Jody!! You can't even be grumpy very grumpily. : ) Hope tomorrow you feel better ... by your standards. : )
