Today I worked on overcoming my fear of wind, especially running in the wind.  The first two miles were uphill in the wind - not fun, but the rest was great.

WOW! I'm impressed. I heard the wind and was glad I was warm in bed! I need to take a lesson from you and Marcie and run every day no matter what! Have a good one.

Welcome to the Blog! I am impressed with your miles as well. Especially doing it despite wind and cold weather. Glad you joined!

Welcome! The wind loves to be a consistent running partner in my neck of the woods, so I'm starting to find ways to love and appreciate him more.

Welcome to the blog. 10 commando points for you, running uphill into the wind.

Good job Jody! You fit right in on this bog. Dedicated!

Hey, a bunch of us are running the Canyonlands Half Marathon this year in Moab on March 8th. Is that something you'd be interested in running?
