Ran with the SJ group today and brought Paula along. We did hill repeats, which where much tougher than yesterday it was a 1/2 mile out - up, down and then back up - and then turn around and come back. We did this 4 times and then did 3x1 minute sprints. There were some good warm up and cool down miles today as well. Needless to say my legs are exhausted, after yesterday and today it is all easy miles until Saturday. Ave Pace 9:12 Happy Running!
