Ran with Paula this morning.  We went on a flat monotonous route to keep it easy on my legs and because I was limited on time today.   It was all very  uneventful until the last .25.  I am not sure what happened but all of a sudden my vision became double vision.  We stopped for a minute while I tried to figure out what was going on and nothing was working.  I figured just get home and see how the rest of the morning is and by the time I was home my vision was back to normal.  Not sure what happened but I am glad it was only temporary and hopefully it doesn't happen again.

You didn't tell me anything about registering for St. George. You are going to do just great as long as your body will cooperate! The boys are excited to play with Camdyn today - see you later on.

Hey Jody - Hope you are feeling better! Did you maybe do anything different than usual? Maybe you had low blood sugar and needed some carbs or something before the run? Glad to hear the run was basically okay except for that though. Try to rest up. I know that when I was running early early in the mornings last year I sometimes needed a piece of toast with jam before I headed out about 30 mins before to get the blood pumping.

THats weird about your vision, I hope it doesnt happen again. Glad your run fairly well and you are feeling good.

Benn - Nothing different other than a lack of sleep this week. I am not too concerned now, but if it happens again I will be a little more proactive.

Jody- That is kinda freaky about double vision. Keep an "eye" on it! (Ok, bad joke) But really I hope it doesn't happen again! Your pace was great today!

Jody, sounds kind of crazy on the double vision. Hope your ok.

Be careful, did you change you eating habits before running?

Great job on your run. Your middle name wouldn't be JOB would it? :-) You seem to have had your fair share of trials. Hope the double vision thing was just a fluke. Good luck with your run tomorrow.

Cody gave me the link for The Office so I watched it online today. That was definately one of the better episodes- love it! Thanks for comments regarding the family blog, its been a really fun new addiction. Notice you don't have a Fri. workout blogged, hope you're feeling OK!

Hey Jody, Hope you are doing OK. My friend was running with me one day and had something kind of like that happen. A few weeks later she found out she was pregnant. She felt that had something to do with it. I don't know if that is what you want to hear or not. Just an idea...:)
