Ran with Paula, Renee and my son Jake this morning.  He asked if he could start running with me and of course I said YES!   We ran the 1.5 miles to the fitness ctr and then went to start on the trail and he wanted to go ahead.  I said yes and then to wait for me once he made it around once, but he missed the gate and kept going.  I got some speed work in trying to find him and then get him back in time to get ready for school - He did an awesome job!  Paula dropped Renee off and then she and I added on another couple of miles.  Nice to get some running in today, now I am looking forward to sleep because I did not get any last night.

Can I just say I love the shoe tracker!!

Happy Running!

Where did you find the shoe tracker? I would like to change that option on my blog.

Tyler - It is once you log in on the left hand column. You have to set up each of your shoes and then you just add your miles when you log your report. pretty simple.

You are doing one heck of a job at keeping your mileage up! That is great fun to chase your son, but I bet it was some fast running!!!

What a sweet run, Jody! That must be so awesome to run with your son! :) He's a very lucky guy! I like this shoe tracker thing too, though I don't really know how I can use it as I have had the same pair of shoes since January 1st for everything hehe. Will have to start using it when I get a new pair or two.

Hope your running week is kick butt just like you!

That is so cool that Jake has picked up running! You're doing awesome Jody! (can't believe you can do that on no sleep...)
