Ran with Julie today.  She is pretty speedy and just working on building up her miles.  We had a good time visiting and chatting along the way.  She lives just a couple of blocks from me and I have seen her out running but we didn't have a chance to really introduce ourselves until Saturday at the 5K.  It was nice to have someone to run with while Paula is on vacation.  Dropped her off at 4 miles and then finished on my own.

I have got to figure out how to get a decent nights sleep on Sunday nights.  I could not go to sleep last night and then tossed and turned all night long - UGH!

Today also marks my first official work from home day - we will see how it goes.

Good luck with working today! And I do the same thing Sunday nights........I think my problem is I stay up too late Saturday, have to take a nap Sunday and then I am screwed when it comes to bedtime and having to get up.

That is my exact problem!

I struggle with the same thing. Sundays nights are a given that I will toss and turn all night. I know its because I sleep later on sunday mornings and it messes me up. Good luck with staying at home! Big changes for your family. How is Jay liking his new job?

Marcie - He is loving the new job! I know that we made the right decision, it is just hard at my work, because there is support, just not 100% support.

Yeah for new partners! You are running so well! Way to go. Hope work went well today.
