Ran 2.51 with Jolynn and Paula in the wind.

Ran 1.60 with Paula in the wind.

Ran 1.64 by myself  in the wind.

I hate running in the wind.  We stayed on mostly and East / West route to avoid as much wind as possible.  The last part by myself had a some headwind as I went south.  My body felt pretty good today.

I had a migrane last night I think due to hydration issues.  I drank the normal amount when I got back from running but then spent 4 hrs outside working in the yard and cleaning up and I did not drink enough to compensate for that.  It was one of the worst I have had in a long time.  I need to remember this as the weather gets warmer.

Oh I am so sorry about the migraine! I'm gonna go drink even MORE water right now, in your honor. And I will also abstain from yardwork (not that I would've actually done it anyway.) 4 hours of yardwork! What a tough cookie!

I've also been noticing that I am needing more water. We'll have to keep that in mind! Way to run the whole thing with that wind partner! What can we do, but smile and push a bit harder into the wind! I'll bet your yard is looking great! Isn't it fun to see the green grass and the blossoms?!

You are better than me. I hate running in the wind. Your miles are getting back up there. Great job! I'm not going to do the Hurricane 1/2. I was planning on going to the BYU track meet with my husband but then I found out my daughters best friend is having her birthday party friday night plus our stake is have a fun festival day saturday. Free bounce houses, slide, games... Our ward is in charge of bringing salads, and the primary is going to sing.

Nice run & fitting in some yard work lately too! This is the windiest year ever, isn't it? Drink up, no more migraines! (I'm w/ Lybi, you have taught me to abstain from yardwork.. hee hee)

Linda- can I be in your ward? What a fun stake festival planned... I'll be torturing myself in Hurricane!

I ran into some serious wind on my run today, made me think of you. Hope you're having a good day & no headache!

Jody, the wind, big time chance for commando points running against the wind, Bob Seager and myself would give you major commando points.
