Nothing really good to say about today other than it is done.  I got started late, which meant it was hot.  The wind had picked up and I decided to start into the wind.   3.6 into the wind and then turned around and headed back.   The wind was brutal.....  Stopped by the house for a GU and water and really debated going back out.  Foam rolled my hip and headed back out.   My heart rate got really high a couple of times and I had walk for a minute during the second half.    Hopefully, something good will come out of this sufferfest.

Hey Jody! Long time, no see. I see you're running well. I haven't been very consistent these last 4 months. I've lost a lot of fitness and speed. I'm ready to get back to training though.

Are you planning on running with the group on Saturdays? I'm running Joe's run this weekend but then I think I'm going to start going to the store on Sats.
