No run today - I had to be to work early.    I am feeling a little bit better, no more nausea, just a headache and the sore throat /sinus crud I have had the past couple of weeks.  I am going to the chiropractor today for my upper back so I am going to have him take a look at my hip as well.  Hopefully after that and a good nights rest tonight I will be ready to go tomorrow!!

Good luck at the chiro, thats one of my favorite places to go, it seems to always help me and make me feel better esp when when hip feels out of whack.

Hey I blocked me out at work half of the 23 and the 24 of July just in case. And I was thinking that even if you get into SG you could use DS as just a long trainging run and get your feet wet in a marathon so that you get a feel for it and really do well at SG. I would run the whole way (DS) with you and go at whatever pace you wanted!

That sounds good - I am going to need many training runs. I am a little nervous about that because I will be on my own for anything longer than 12-13. I will have Jay get us comped entry forms when it gets closer. Thanks for all the support!!

If you come down at all I would do some long runs with you and maybe even come up in the spring. Your mom has the cabin for two weeks in June and Garrett will be at the US open I could come up then and do a long run with you too.
